Art, Activism, Policy, Power is a program that connects MoCP exhibitions and collections with high school students to help them discover how artists use research-based creative practices to make change in their communities. In Fall 2025, students from South Shore College Prep and Prosser Career Academy will work with Colleen Plumb in partnership with Openlands to create original photograms using tree specimens, such as leaves, bark, and seeds. The goal of the program is for students to use art as a means to develop more intentional relationships to the nature surrounding their day-to-day environments. These are works from the MoCP permanent collection that they will view for research and inspiration.
