About the ArtistStuart Franklin is a Magnum photographer well best known for his photographs documenting the infamous 1989 Tiananmen Square student demonstration in China. He has captured many significant historical moments throughout the world, including famine in Sudan, the Nigerian exodus, and the civil war in Sri Lanka. His work has been published in National Geographic, ESPN, and has been exhibited at the Scottish National Gallery. He is a member of Magnum Photos.
