About the ArtistJason Pickleman was a Chicago-based artist, graphic designer, and gallerist. Pickleman’s work was heavily influenced by performance and conceptual art, and his fine art practice spans in mediums from printmaking, collage, painting, and sculpture. His commercial design studio, JNL graphic design, produced logos, custom signs, site specific artworks, and more, for major corporations and arts and culture organizations during its 39-year run. Pickleman created the visual identity for MoCP for nearly 25 years, including most publications, catalogs, advertisements, and exhibition logos.
