About the ArtistJeff Millikan completed an MFA at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis (1977). Although he graduated with a focus on printmaking, he has been working with photography since the 1970s. Millikan was a professor of photography at the University of Minnesota from 1976 to 2015.
