Hagler, "Skeeter" Erwin
BiographyErwin "Skeeter" Hagler received the Pulitzer Prize in 1980 for his documentary on the life of the West Texas cowboy, which he undertook while working as a photojournalist at the Dallas Times Herald. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (1971), Hagler is currently a freelance photographer based in Dallas. He previously worked as a staff photographer for the Texas Tribune in Waco, and the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
