Volkmann, Toomas

Toomas Volkmann studied in Estonia at Tartu University (1979-1981), Tallin Conservatoire (1981-1984), and Hortus Musicis (1991-1995). He also completed courses in photography and stylistics at the London College of Painting and Distributive Trades (1993-1994).
