BiographyAlun Be’s Edification Series (2017) imagines the future role of technology in Africa and ways it can be used to advance society. His images picture an undetermined time in the near or distant future in which humans cover their faces almost entirely with a screen or lens to view and interact with the world. Young people are used as models in the series, picturing the next generation’s claim and ideals for the future.
