Monasterio, Pablo Ortiz

Born in Mexico City, Pablo Ortiz Monasterio studied economics at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico and photography at the London College of Printing, in England. He went on to complete an MFA in photography at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana in Mexico City (1984). Monasterio continues to live and work in the city and he has been an active figure in Mexico as a photographer and an editor.
