About the ArtistBrian Dowley completed a BA in photography at the Rhode Island School of Design, Providence. He is represented in the The Seventh Annual Portfolio of the Photographic Education Society, Rhode Island School of Design, which comprises photographs by the program's participants in 1973. Dowley went on to complete an MFA in film production at the Rhode Island School of Design, and since that time he has worked as a cinematographer and camera operator for feature films, television, and advertisements.
