BiographyErika P. Rodríguez creates long-term projects about underrepresented areas of the Caribbean. Born in Puerto Rico, a place that is culturally Latin American, but politically an unincorporated territory of the United States, Rodríguez’s documentary images explore topics of community and identity. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, CNN, The Washington Post, Bloomberg, NPR, and Smithsonian Magazine, among others.
